1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Magic Stairs mobile application, website (magic-stairs.com), and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for professional contractors and business users.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3. Description of Service
Magic Stairs provides an augmented reality (AR) visualization tool that allows contractors to project stair designs and generate screenshots for sharing with customers.
The Service does not provide:
Engineering calculations
Construction measurements
Structural analysis
Licensed professional advice
All visualizations are for informational and illustrative purposes only.
4. Professional Disclaimer
Magic Stairs does not guarantee the structural accuracy, compliance, or suitability of any visualization.
Users remain solely responsible for:
Measurements
Installation accuracy
Building code compliance
Safety and construction standards
Magic Stairs AR LLC shall not be liable for construction errors, damages, or losses resulting from reliance on the Service.
5. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account within the mobile application.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
Notify us of unauthorized account use
6. Subscriptions & Billing
A. Subscription Plans
Magic Stairs offers:
Monthly subscription
Yearly subscription
Both include a 30-day free trial.
B. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through:
Apple App Store
Google Play Store
Magic Stairs AR LLC does not directly process payments.
C. Cancellation
Users may cancel at any time through their App / Play Store account settings.
If canceled during the free trial, access continues until the end of the trial period.
D. Refunds
All billing and refund requests must be handled directly through Apple or Google.
7. SMS Communications
Magic Stairs may send SMS messages under the following conditions:
Only after a direct phone conversation
Only after verbal consent
Only for service-related follow-up
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP.
For help, reply HELP or contact support@magic-stairs.com.
Magic Stairs does not send bulk marketing SMS campaigns.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer the software
Copy, modify, or distribute the Service
Attempt unauthorized access
Resell or sublicense the Service
Use the Service for unlawful purposes
9. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and technology are the exclusive property of Magic Stairs AR LLC.
No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Magic Stairs AR LLC shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Lost profits
Construction errors
Business interruption
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Service Availability
We reserve the right to:
Modify the Service
Suspend or discontinue features
Update functionality
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent activity
Abuse of the Service
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York, NY.
14. Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New York, NY, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Each party shall bear its own legal fees.
15. Privacy

16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
